All quotes provided by Mastermind Boreholes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period due to fluctuations in material costs or site-specific requirements discovered during physical assessment.
2. Services & Site Access
For all borehole drilling and maintenance services, the client must ensure that:
- There is adequate access for heavy machinery to the designated site.
- All underground utility lines (electricity, water, fiber) are clearly marked or disclosed.
- Legal permission to drill on the property has been obtained by the owner.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Mastermind Boreholes owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including logos, images, and text content. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy in our geological assessments, Mastermind Boreholes cannot guarantee the quantity or quality of water found, as these are natural occurrences beyond human control. We shall not be held liable for damages arising from unforeseen underground rock formations or utility interference not disclosed by the client.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your specific service contract. Typically, a deposit is required before mobilization of equipment, with the balance due upon completion of the project.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
